Very poor customer service. Taking forever to be initially seen by a doctor. Issue with knee started June 1, 2020 today is 6/23/2020 and they keep changing the appointment. The patient is in extreme pain and they don't care. They have past her to a nurse practitioner at this point. Patient is missing work with no pay. She may not be able to afford rent. NOT good:-(. Thanks to family we will help her with her bills. As a health facility please diagnose her and relive her pain.

Went to get a animal emotional support letter they told me to go and when i get there nobody knows whats going on that always happens i keep forgetting i live in Mayberry now i have to go to albuquerque all window dressing fake doctors been going there for years even if your dieing they give you Benadryl the Attorney General's office should close that place down.

Why would you put someone who's so unfriendly and condescending to manage the phones? I called up to check on something and they were just bizarrely hostile.

If there were a way to put zero stars as a rating that would be my rating of this place. To begin my critique the customer service is horrible to the point where you wait hours in the waiting room just to be seen and you barely get 15 minutes with the doctor (I suspect they charge my insurance for hours of care rather than minutes), staff are extremely rude, and the doctors don't really clarify, joke to where they panic patients, and are eager to rush you out without fully explaining anything. Also they are notorious for attempting to double charge their clients insurance. I was reminded to give a review due to a Tricore bill appearing in my girlfriend's post box for a bill from this place from 2017. ALMOST 4 YEARS AGO!!!!! I honestly think that if you were bleeding to death outside their clinic they would just put a band aid on you and tell you to walk it off or give you an aspirin.
