Went for a CT scan and paid upfront, I then got a another bill two weeks later from XRANM. Why should I have to pay two bills? If the hospital uses another company for help then they should pay that another company. This hospital enjoys extorting the residents of LA.

My hubby and I started w/ a tour and then immediately after, we made the switch. It was the best decision of my life.

One of the worst hospitals I have been to in this country. All about profit...you can be half conscious in severe pain and the first thing they want to discuss is price. Equipment is severely outdated and borderline illegal. MRI machine is a lemon. Unless you have a LIFE THREATENING emergency and you are in Los Alamos, go somewhere else. Doctors are there for the pay check and very very pill happy.

Snapped my collar bone in half, payed for an ambulance and ER, and all they did was tell menit was broken “which i knew already seeing as it was sticking up”, and give me a sling. my collar bone is snapped in half? would highly recommend driving to santa fe if you actually want a doctor.

About a year ago I was admitted to the ER here after suffering my first seizure the doctor on staff never saw me and despite this misdiagnosed my seizure as a panic attack. I then struggled for almost the entire following year to get a proper diagnosis of what was really going. Ironically this whole experience has given me anxiety problems. I was admitted to this ER again this year where yet again my SVT and heart arrhythmia were misdiagnosed as just another panic attack after being admitted again a very good doctor who works in this ER found the arrhythmia and transferred me to Albuquerque to see an inpatient cardiologist. There are many rude nurses. There are also alot of really good nurses. One of the times I was in for seizures I pressed the nurse call button during what seemed like a pretty docile time with not alot going on cause I didn't feel right and it took them a full 5 minutes to get to me. Don't get me wrong there are a lot of good staff here but going here for something life threatening is like playing russian roulette.
