They billed me for a procedure that was done 2 years ago for a dexa scan. I got the runaround for the dexa scan that not coded right. I have Osteoporosis in my family and it was not coded correctly to clear with our Insurance, so I got screwed with the bill. Please check beforehand to make sure that something like this doesn't happen to you

Since 2014, I have had 4 orthopedic procedures at Holy Cross. Most recently, in August 2020 I had my left shoulder procedure by Dr. Guttmann. Each of my procedures were very successful. The staff at Holy Cross has always been exceptional. The surgical team continues to be outstanding. All of the nursing staff that we came in contact with were remarkable. This last procedure was completed during our current COVID crisis and the staff was excellent. They took great care with me and also kept my wife informed via cell phone from the time I went into surgery and until my release. I am very thankful for the staff at Holy Cross and they have my continued faith and trust.

Worst hospital ever. They should refer to themselves as a hospice instead because they don't care to treat anyone over 60. Instead they tell you that there's nothing that can be done. This happened 4 times to people in my family & friendships. The doctors do not gaf about patients & the nurses are heartless.nnGo elsewhere.

They have your safety and health as their priority. They are prompt and provide great services. Wonderful staff.

Our only saving grace was the nurses that helped us last night. They were kind and understanding and made our son and my wife feel comfortable.nThe doctor on the other hand was cold, rude and condescending to my wife. Our son had a febrile seizure that accompanied his strep throat. He seemed to also have a very hard time breathing since his tonsils we're swollen and almost blocking his airway. He woke up very disoriented and almost non-responsive to us talking to him. Very alarming for us as parents. We took him straight to the ER. The doctor judged our choices as parents (not his place) and spoke to my wife as if she were an idiot. I'm glad I was not there because I would not have been nice to this man. They ended up taking care of our son with steroid shots which helped tremendously. I rate the doctor at 0 stars. The nurses get 5, hence the 3 star rating.
