Presbyterian Espanola Hospital

I love this hospital, however, they need to get rid of the nasty supervisor Rick in the lab. He's outright rude with an attitude to the patients. If he doesn't like his job, he should move on. If I didn't need to get my labs, I would have walked out. This is the second time I've encountered his rudeness.

We saw Dr. tingle-the podiatrist (foot surgeon). He was knowledgeable, clear and most importantly, he took the time to explain everything to us. He did not look at his computer, he knows his subject so well he could talk directly to us about the issue. He offered good advice, the problem has resolved and he and Krista (his nurse, were really great.

I came here today September 18, 2020 I have an appointment for an mri on my head and it was at 231st of all they didn't even tell me that it was in Espanola New Mexico they told me presbyterian hospital and the doctor that ordered it is in Santa Fe so I automatically thought that it was in Santa Fe so I drive from charmin New Mexico to Santa Fe New Mexico on find out it it's not there that is in Espanola so I drive an hour back I got here at 2:30 p.m and I am still waiting it is 4:41p m I have been to a lot of hospitals and I think this one

My father in law was treated with the utmost compassion and professionalism.nThe staff from Dr. Jones, nurses Rebecca, Tiffany and Alicia were excellent. Care coordinator Leah did a fantastic job.nTech Justin was spectacular. Caring, patient and very understanding. What a great experience as good as being in the hospital could be.

On a recent visit to Northern NM, I needed an emergency appendectomy. The care and honest personal interaction I received at Presbyterian Española was phenomenal. Thank you to the ER staff, Dr. Hough, and all the nursing staff in recovery. God bless your efforts.
