Loud, cold food, not great service. Not sure what all the good reviews are about? Maybe we went on a bad Friday night?

There was somewhat of a miscommunication during happy hour as to what was ordered and what was on the Menu, the waiter and supervisor were more than obliging and helpful. I appreciated their understanding and they handled the situation extremely well. In addition the adobe margarita is one of the absolute best margaritas I have ever had. Thanks again.

When I lived in the town of Taos, the Adobe Bar was my evening living room so to speak. Back then I had a routine starting with listening to flamingo music on Sunday nights, jazz on Wednesday nights and assorted music on Friday nights after going to all the art gallery openings. It is a great place to meet up with your friends. Today I don't get into Taos during the evenings but I still enjoy their Sunday breakfast. When in Taos you should definitely in and get a feel for Taos.

We had a festive dinner at this historic inn in the days before Christmas. The bar was full of cheerful people and the Christmas decorations added to the mood. Service was fast and friendly even with the crowd. We had local beers and a house special margarita which where both flavorful. We couldn't really choose just one entree so we ordered three and shared. The chile relleno, the tacos and the enchiladas did not disappoint. Glad we didn't miss this only in Taos experience.
