I was treated with respect when I presented to the window to ask questions and got a set of vitals taken. The staff at the front desk didn't notice me at first, but got the provider right away. One turnoff was that I didn't feel like staff were dressed appropriately since there were no name tags, logos on shirts, and thin ski pants/tall socks. (I'm glad they are here and will visit in the future but I would feel more comfortable if their team was dressed professionally like my PCP who I see regularly.

I had a great experience, the wait was minimal. Intake was good with the right questions asked. Dr Mary Sawyer was exceptional. She answered all of my questions and educated me while also providing referrals.nDefinitely not your typical urgent care experience.

When my wife fell on the trail in Crested Butte and injured her knee we found out that the only place we could go was Gunnison for medical help. The only place open was Gunnison Valley Health Urgent Care, and I am so glad they were open. They were super accommodating, super nice and super professional. What a find and we were exceptionally pleased with her care. They got us right in and worked past closing to stitch her up. Great folks and great service. Highly recommend..

The facility is very clean. I had no wait before seeing a nurse and NP to address my issue. They were very friendly and professional. The urgent care center is a great addition to the services provided by Gunnison Valley Health Center.
