Kai went above and beyond making sure he understood our plant-based requests. Very kind and patient. The dough they make is INCREDIBLE. The crust is so good. Super tasty. Fresh ingredients. Good beer. Epic location. One more reason to stop by for a visit in Salida!

The pizza is delicious, we had a simple pepperoni pizza and Pumpkin Ale. The pizza was just what we needed a hand crafted dough, thin and crisp bottom, with a beautiful deep golden crust. The cheese, sauce and pepperoni were a perfect balance, not too much. Have you had their homemade ranch? I now understand why someone ordered it to go... It is flavorful and not thick gross stuff from a bottle. I wish the service was on par with the amazing food, its not terrible but would suggest checking on tables 10 min after food arrives. Getting up to ask for stuff at a restaurant, is probably not the best sign. We will come back but will get it to go. Seriously, get a pizza here!

I called last night from Denver to have food delivered to my mom who is grieving right now and asked if they could write a note to her... you guys were wonderful for helping me do something special for her right now and om not sure who delivered her food but if you see this... thank you so much for giving my mom a hug.. I'm 3 1/2 hours away and haven't been able to come see her yet because of my job. The fact that you were able to give her a hug that I couldn't be there to give her means everything to me. Visit day was today @ 1530nPizza was excellent, our waitress was excellent. All was great until I literally watched a lady named Riley, gave my friends party the check, mid food and watch him sign it so she could charge the card. I understand their baby would make a laud scream once in a while but it was like she was kicking them out because it wasn't until later that she gave us OUR check. Extremely uncomfortable. Are kids not allowed at your restaurant?

Love their pizzas! Amazing! so so good! Also the ppl that work their are awesome! So helpful and able to articulate the menu and their likings which shows that the pizza is amazing.
