Pat's Bar and Grill

We had and amazing experience at Pat's! The Chicken Fried Steak is the real deal with a generous, hand-cut New York Strip that was breaded and fried to perfection and the mashed potatoes and gravy were further evidence that this restaurant knows what it's doing. My wife enjoyed the French Dip with thinly sliced roast beef and a fresh Baguette roll (tip- order a side of horseradish to mix in with the Au Jus), while my son devoured his chicken tenders and steak fries. The salads were fresh and the ambiance was welcoming with warm lighting and mellow, tasteful music. We finished our meal with a slice of lemon cake and glass Chardonnay... Odell IPA on draft to boot! What a gem in small town Colorado! Thanks Pat's: We will be back again and again!
