Friendly and knowledgeable staff- even when it's a trainee a more seasoned staff member will be nearby for support. Great selection of products, my puppy loves coming here for shopping! Haven't checked out their grooming or training options yet, but will take a peek next time!
Excellent service always there with an answer if I have a question and usually have everything I need but the service is great deaf people are very knowledgeable and I really appreciate that. Excellent group of Associates who are very knowledgeable.

My reception at the check-out counter was both genuine and engaging. I appreciated the sense of understanding from the staff with respect to my purchase of a new brand of cat food we're trying out at home.
Took my young children to get their first goldfish. I was told by the employee that I could not buy a fish unless I bought one of their water systems which were $50+. Told him that it was expensive and I would purchase one elsewhere the same day. He said if a water system wasn't set up already he couldn't sell me the goldfish. It was a strange and frustrating experience. Definitely will not be going back there again.
