I just had to write a review after the last two years of awesome service and experience!nI must say, the salt water department specifically, is something I’m always checking out/observing.nI used to have this ego of never wanting to go to petco for fish because I assumed they would be in bad condition... I can safely say I trust the shipments of fish they receive! I have purchased at least 10 over the last two years and they’re all doing great! Also big kudos for the knowledge the team has on the saltwater department. Absolutely love this store and the employees that make it what it isud83dudc4dud83dudc4d
Excellent service from Melanie. I was kinda to lazy to research questions I had. 4 times I bug here about size of collar, flea shampoo, to grooming cuz he sheds. Then she assisted me with price matching there web site. Petco is blessed to have employee Melanie. Thank you sweetie for all your assistance. You rock
Customer service was fantastic. When I called ahead of time to ask if they had what I was looking for, worker was super kind and helpful, and then greeted me when I came in the store. She directed me exactly to the items I was looking for
The online prices are cheaper than in store. I had to ask for manual price matches to Petco's own products. This is a scam.
I had a simple order on one day that was refunded because the item I ordered was not available in store. I called to get help & was told what was available & it would ready for me the next day. I appreciate the help, since I needed it the next day. I’m happy so far.
