45 minute wait to be seated. After being seated we noticed there are plenty of open seats... 55 minutes later, after chasing the greeter 3 times for service, a waitress finally took our order. We mentioned politely that we had been waiting for an hour to be served and she brushed it off saying that they don't have servers for the area we were seated... Why in the world were we seated where they do not have servers and why would a business have a section of the restaurant untended?nI'm pretty easy going or I wouldn't have waited as long as I did, but after the lack of sincerity from the waitress I can say for sure, I will not be returning to the San Bruno location, ever.

If you need a bit or normalcy while following strict Covid guidelines then this is a great place. All of their tables are separated they have empty seats to ensure this. The food is great, the drinks are great, the service is great. I had the nachos which were huge I loved it. I’ll be back.

Service: in total I encountered 4 associates. 3 of the associates; one which was the mgr were very helpful, pleasant & nice. However, one was all over the place after waiting an hour for my online placed order; I asked the lady if my order was ready she said let me double check & she heads into the restaurant then comes back out walking right past me with some gentleman chatting & leaving; then returning to still say nothing about my order. So I asked another lady who nicely checked on my order but still another 20 min wait.nFood: food finally comes out warm with the state of becoming cold at any moment, but the burger order is wrong, we informed them & they brought out all 5 missing items. :( The salmon was very dry & the mashed potatoes were UHMAZING but had too many dark pieces I had to spit out.

Food was great and the service was good. I think our server was a bit overwhelmed but the other staff seemed to have his back and were very supportive which was nice to see! I will probably will go again in the near future.
