They take care friendly and try solve problems. Their knowledge about job is good. Only thing l stayed more than 1 hour in the store. They take care with one customer so long, they answer all questions, that's good but they need to check how many person waiting also. Thank you

This is my new favorite Petco. I was going in there looking for guinea pig food. When their excellent worker named Ariana helped me find it while providing great attitude and even more information about guinea pigs ! She was so helpful, I even purchased a new hide for my guinea pig as well. I asked her how long she worked there, and I was amazed to hear only a month. This petco has great customer service and very useful information. 5/5 Rex commend this location , and that awesome worker.

This store is the most friendliest and helpful one. We live closer to the Grossmont one but they are always rude or cranky at that location. We always enjoy coming here and you guys fulfill all my BOPIS orders quickly.
