Terrible Customer service and quality control. Sold me a phone and it was defective it had problems out of the box and was not usable. Staff have terrible attitude very disrespecful and passive aggresive didn't want to help made excuses for why they couldn't call their manager. No refund for both phones I bought from them. Choose cricket instead it's a better deal lower price and they have Customer service

This place sucks. The customer service here is horrible. The young ladies that works here are more worried about their make up and being on personal calls than the customers satisfaction. I dread going to this place. I try to go to the other one off santa fe but this one is close to my house. I would definitely waste more gas driving further than to have to deal with these chicks here.
