The store is clean and the general staff are nice. The vaccination service is great but the grooming service is horrible and the grooming staff waste customers' time. I schedule my dog to get groomed every 6 weeks. Over the past year grooming with this location (it was supposed to be 8 appointments) their groomers have cancelled my appointments 4 times. I then had to reschedule which could add one day to 3 weeks of wait time for my dog to get another appointment. My wait time for an appointment was doubled due to the inconsistency of the grooming staff. If you're going for grooming, don't waste your time.
Love to shop here, staff very helpful.nIf my pet doesn't like a toy is it possible to return it?.. does anyone know?..
Ease of use. Friendly and good prices. Will always honor the lower prices on app in store!!
This pet store shouldn't even be called that, in fact it's laughable. No animals In there, only fish and a Mexican fire leg spider, other then that, empty cages and the pet treat selection is barely existent, wouldn't go back. I am wouldn't comment on the staff as we didn't interact with them now were we greeted upon entry. I'll stick to PetSmart.
