Someone from Home Depot told me about Reliable Parts when I was shopping for a new seal for my Bosch dishwasher. Since then, I have used them several times for household appliance repair jobs. The staff are super helpful and friendly and they always seem to have what I need in stock at reasonable prices.
Went in on Saturday to get a new fan for my fridge. I had the person that seemed to be a manager helping me. I brought in the old fan to make sure I got the right one. The person helping acted like he didn't know what the fan was and asked if it was for a computer. This is a very common GE fan. I told him the new part number and without looking it up said that they were out. So he must have known what it was. I guess because I am not an appliance repair person he decided to treat me poorly. If you need appliance parts I would recommend the place on California Ave they were super helpful.
Awesome store that has always had the parts I’ve needed in stock! To be able to pick up local and get my problem fixed immediately is a big plus! On my last visit I called in to make sure they had my part in stock and when I arrived Juan had already pulled my order.

Identified easily the part numbers that I needed, ordered them and provided order number for reference. Lowest price of 3 appliance part stores I contacted. Even referred there by the third appliance store I contacted. I will definitely use again.
