Visited the Chili's in Vista tonight. They have outside sitting under a tent and they have heaters and lighting. It was pleasant to eat there tonight. Our waiter (Matthew) was very tentative. My husband and I noticed that this Chili's has much more pleasant employees working there than the Chili's in Oceanside. We'll be returning back to Chili's in Vista again! ud83dude42

What is up with the service. I am a former server and this isn't even a location you can busy enough for the mistakes and lack of service. My friend was served a soggy salad and waitress told and the Manger. Instead of immediately comping a subpar meal, he did everything not to until asked too. Please do not serve under par food and expect anyone to pay. How can I bring anyone here now.
Joseph was attentive, always ask we needed anything, very positive attitude, and helpful with the menu for our group. Good work
I did not like them hitting me up for a 20% tip for bringing food to the parking lot. Styrofoam containers would not close so I had a food spill in the car.
