0 Stars actually!!!! We purchased a piece of equipment from H20. It was not in a box from the factory. When we got home and examined the piece of equipment, we noticed that it was damaged. We took it back for a refund and was denied. Joel, the owner, was very arrogant and rude. He basically accused us of damaging it and trying to return it. My recommendation is if you have done business or considering doing business with H20, there are plenty of other pool equipment companies that will treat and honor your returns. Would not recommend this company to ANYONE! Go elsewhere!
