0 Stars: DO NOT take your loved ones to this facility for post hospital care and rehabilitation (she was walking around less than a month before she was admitted to Midtown Oaks Post-Acute, now she is bedridden). They are understaffed, and therefore uncommunicative and un-attending when your loved one is suffering. After learning my mother was down to 78 lbs, I called and called and no answer. I ended up calling the police for a welfare check on my mother and the officer told me the facility has problems. After the police called me, the facility nurse called and told me how understaffed they are. I immediately had my mother removed from this facility and returned home where we will now try to save her life. The ambulance drivers who brought my mother home also said this place has problems in a (roundabout) way. This place should be shut down, I am so mad at myself believing my mother would be taken care of at Midtown Oaks Post-Acute.

Love working at Midtown Oaks Post Acute. Teamwork is great and we have people who care!

My sister and a friend recently stayed here for skilled nursing and rehabilitation. My sister is there right now after back surgery. The staff have been most accommodating and the PT people are gently working to get her independent again. My friend stayed almost 3 weeks after knee replacement therapy and she loved the staff and misses them! OK, they both said the food is not good, but I guess that's expected?

Strongly recommend that Family/Friends of loved ones staying in station 1 of this facilty to be part of their stay constantly and often. As skilled nursing facilities seem to fall short of Staffing. I still would recommend MidTown Oaks. If possible keep your loved one out of station 1. MidTown Oaks as a facility does have great services to offer. The people who choose this type of career and do it because they have a passion Thank You. For those who are not sure what path they want to take Thank you for your effort and sacrafice.

Plum Healthcare just took this facility over from Sutter Health, and I've been impressed with the changes made. Especially in the rehab department. There is a new energy and vitality throughout the building, and I hear patients talking about how much they love the new rehab team.
