This is ridiculous what Bank of America is doing there's no need for this foolishness

It doesn’t matter what time of day you go in... they will have one teller working, possibly two. Even if there is a line of 10+ people they will just shrug their shoulders.nnThis is not an isolated incident. This is consistently how they operate. Nearly every time I go into the branch someone gets all upset and gets vocal... they still refuse to service their customers properly. Today will be my last time going into this branch even though it’s walking distance to my house.nnBy far one of the least attentive and accommodating banks branches I frequent.
