Auburn CA Store Great customer service, very friendly and helpful. Very tolerant of my new pup that was non stop whining and very nervous. The store associate attempted to console her with a treat. Nice variety of items with good prices.

I recently moved to the area and had not been in this store yet. I was looking for hiking boots for my pup and not having much success on my own. I wish I had taken note of the names of the 2 women that helped me! The first one walked me over to all of the different options. Once I chose, the other gave me excellent tips on the best way to get a good fit with the boots. Then she helped me sign up for rewards at check out. A super pleasant shopping experience! They obviously care about animals and the people that love them! (Visit was around noon on 8/22, if that helps!)
