Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

Great customer service. All of them are very helpful. I go there almost every day. The manager is very helpful. I have no complaints.

The line is abouth 20 people, only 2 windows open, ridiculous.ud83dude21 and no bussines wi dow.

I understand with epidemic we have to take the extra measure but I was in line for about 1 hr and have about 4 tellers but the problem was that some of the employees were just talking to each other including the one that was supposed to be cleaning the counter for every guest and decided instead to open a window. Seems like they are embarrassed of what they are doing. On top of that the manager decide to take over but wiping the same cloth with no spray on hand and wiping all of them with the same cloth. It looks like just spreading germs all over the bank with it. Then goes back to talk again with coworkers. Mangers need to take action and help the flow moving faster saves time and headache for others.

They have a line that goes all the way outside and they have 3 employees working the windows. I look and can see 4 different employees doing NOTHING. The security guard didn't even see a old Chinese lady cut the line. This place is horrible to go..

They drive through ATMs are turned off half the time.
