I came in on Thursday (4/8) in the morning with a newborn kitten that was found abandoned up in the hills. The women working were so incredibly helpful and caring! They were still attentive to other customers in addition to getting me what the kitten needed. Happy to say that kitten is now in a happy home with all the supplies they recommended. Thank you for being so kind and thoughtful!

I received a coupon for my pet to get some dog treats for them for their birthday. I went to the treat bar and got the same item as I did last year and the cashier was understanding in letting me keep going back and forth to the scale to check the weight so I can pick up the 1 pound of treats for my dogs

Took my senior pug for grooming. They are very caring and gentle with Molly. Always a good experience when I bring her here.

Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The store is clean. This was my first time using the groomers for my cocker spaniel and I'm happy with the cut. I'll take her back.

Mom just had our Maltipoo puppy groomed here and she looks so bad she says the dog will never go to a groomer again. That she could of done a better job at home with kitchen scissors.
