Employees are friendly and you carry the best toys for my dog. You also have a great grooming area and my dog enjoys being able to go in and pick out his own new toys.
Associates were clearly following me the entire time I was browsing in-store. Fine. I dress and look poor. The real kicker was when an associate removed something from my cart when they thought I wasn't looking. It was an informational pamphlet about the tropical tortoise you had in store-- I was considering it as a possible new pet. She walked by, stopped right in front of me, dug into my cart as I was grabbing cat litter, and ran off to put it right back on top of the never-ending pile of pamphlets you had (this was clearly not an issue of, there are only a few left).
Excellent staff, reasonable pricing, broad inventory for many choices and we are very pleased with Cassandra who does our pets grooming.
The lady that checked me out was very nice and helpful
