Citizens Bank

I went out of my way to go through a drive through branch and attempted to get a bankers check through the drive through. I have very young children who were crying and didn’t want to drag them into somewhere and expose to places or people they don’t need to be due to the pandemic. I was told it’s “easier” for them to do this in lobby, so I should come in. I went in lobby with my upset children masked up, and when I explained why I attempted the drive through in the first place. I was told they don’t like to do it because it “takes a minute” to print the check. There was no one behind me. I’m glad the company is so invested in the convenience of their employees, but this customer would have really appreciated a little warmer customer service or at very least empathy when the situation was explained. Very cold and unprofessional customer service.

I don’t think anyone likes going to the bank, but if you have to go this is the one. I have been going to this Citizens branch forever because they are always super nice and helpful.nOne time some lady in a brand new car rear ended my beater in the drive up hahah, her car was straight totaled! I had zero damage was hilarious.

Great bank. Great tellers and office staff. Very courteous and friendly and very helpful.

I come to this one most often nice and courteous bank tellers that know what they are doing.
