The bank manager Erin has a bad attitude ! Im looking at transfering alot of my funds to another Financial Institution.. At washington Trust my banking needs are not properly met!
Tony always goes above and beyond to help me with all of my banking needs. He answers all of my questions professionally without judgement and gets whatever I need done in a expedited fashion. He is polite, patient, and courteous every time I come in to all of his customers.
Have experience banking on Park Ave. & North Kingstown. Great folks! Problems always solved with courtesy. Online biz banking is non exsistent. Total deal killer for biz accounts.
Not a great bank at all. Online banking does not show pending money coming out and arm deposits done after closing of bank on Fridays are not done till Monday.
