Charlie (formerly Grant) has arrived to us safe and sound! I'm so happy we went with Birch Lane Paws. Wayne was very helpful and answered all my many many questions throughout the process. I felt confident that we were going with a family run business that was taking good care of their pups and when we got our puppy checked out by the vet he passed everything with flying colors.nnI also appreciate that they offer really great rates on the puppy nanny service (where a nanny can fly out with your pup, instead of them having to sit in cargo). We adopted Harley (formerly Bently) and were very impressed with the whole process. The puppy was clean and well cared for. Our vet gave him a clean bill of health and he has been a welcomed addition to our home. The gentleman we dealt with was very friendly and personable. I want another one now!
