I've been going to this store for years, even when they were in Middleton. The last 2 time I went in there. The sales woman is rude and a no it all. I now go to the Woburn store. All the staff in Woburn is awesome.
This store is amazing. I came here today with my dad to get his shoes for construction. Brinn helped us out and she was so helpful. She was patient and knew so much about which kind of fit was best for my dad. He tried on about 4 pairs and despite how many times he asked for a smaller or bigger size, she helped with no hesitation. She was very friendly and helpful. Amazing customer service. They truly care about what shoe you're putting on your feet and don't want you to spend $ on a shoe you'll be uncomfortable in. We left as happy customers and I'm coming back with my husband so he can get a pair as well. Thank you for the great service Brinn!!
