Loyal companion danvers is my new favorite store for all of my pet needs. I have been going to places like petsmart and petco for years, but no one could ever answer my questions or find a food that my picky eater would eat. Andrea was extremely knowledgeable about dog food and recommended a food that was good for my dog, and my dog loved it! Her and Belinda were extremely kind and helpful. I will definitely go back to this location!
I said I would leave a review and southern girls keep their word! I went in to find some food last week for my grand kitty baby Kiki Koko P who was having some tummy troubles. I was greeted by a lovely girl named Susan who seemed to have her hands full with a few customers and cleaning up some doggie tinkle. Despite that she kept smiling, and seemed to handle things with grace. She was chatty and pleasant with a warm demeanor. She helped me find the right food while making me laugh about her cranky kitty. She let everyone know she would get to them, and seemed to have a natural ability with people. She also gave me some samples to try. If I’m back up this way I will surely re visit. Keep smiling Susan!
