These c guys know more about feet than anyone I know. They measured my feet several ways, watched my barefoot walk, and brought a few shoes that were best for my feet. When they didn't have the shoe color I wanted, they called another store to get them for me. Great service.
I have shopped here for years and have always gotten excellent customer service. I love how active Up and Running is in the community, and also that they have a weekly run group. My last shoe purchase was in the middle of COVID and Callie went out of her way to make sure I felt comfortable. Great store with great people!
The workers were really nice and they were very knowledgeable about the right shoe for me. They were also very helpful in helping find the color I wanted and getting it shipped.
