Called pertaining to an issue with my debit card not working after waiting weeks to finally receive the new one I requested. The woman named Janine blamed it on USPS and said she can’t speak for another company? Not sure what that has to do with the card not working. She told me there was nothing they could do at the branch and just brushed me off to the customer service phone number without even looking into my account. I called the Strongsville location and the guy was able to look up my account, and explain to me exactly the issue with the card I received and tell me how to get a new card in the most efficient way. I expected better from the branch I have been banking with for years.

This branch has always given exceptional customer service and I've been with them for many years now. I've never had a single complaint to give regarding their customer service, and always left with a smile on my face at how pleasant the whole crew has always been towards me. I'm always amazed at how attentive they all are, and how eager they all are to handle any problem I may have. Overall, they have always had excellent management and awesome customer service, and I'm always proud to have such a wonderful bank branch to turn to for my banking needs. Thank you all so much!!

I like Chase but this particular branch is consistently terrible. On today's occasion I just needed to have my will notarized, but the lady refused to do it. She seemed perturbed by the fact that I asked her to perform her job duty and stated I would need an attorney to sign it. Absolute BS. I went next door to Huntington and they did it, no questions asked, in 5 minutes. I have 3 Chase accounts, a mortgage and 3 credit cards but they wouldn't notarize a simple document? This branch needs a complete overhaul of personnel.

I have a been with chase for about year now. I called last week to open a business account, I was told to walk in and see one of the bankers. I came today 30 mins before close. I was told you have to take an appointment!nI felt I was being kicked out of a place I am bring business to.nAs much as I like chase, as much as I don’t like this branch and soon will be taking my business and personal account to another location!

Bad customer service. They have lied about different issues concerning our account and are not helpful or knowledgeable. They say they are about helping their customers and they are not. They are rude and unprofessional. Will be closing my account to another bank
