This branch is decent. Customer service is much better than one in Seven Hills. It's on my way home, so I often stop here, and mostly deposit through ATM. Waiting times could be better, but it's like that with every bank now.

Worst drive thru ever. I never had to wait for over an hour at a bank.
One of the worst banks I’ve ever had! Overdraft you like no other. Doesn’t give you time to add money In to help. Don’t go to this bank! It sucks! I have overdraft protection but yet things still get approved with no money in the account. All they do is take your money!
We are seriously considered closing our pnc bank accounts. Expect a wait every time you go in there with poor service. This branch in particular Is the worst.
