Nice place and amazing works but they do have a horrible business model and owner. Puppies should never cost more than 2.5 grand. The dog food is something my puppy HATES. Conversely she LOVES puppy boost. The provide you with bitter works which if you took two seconds to read, its poisonous to dogs... They were wrong on the breed on one of the two parents as one was a mini meaning my dog will be a toy breed instead of a medium size dog and with the price of the puppy they charge, thats a HUGE mistake.
Puppies are adorable and appear happy and healthy. That said, it was a very disappointing experience because the price of the dog I was interested in was waaaayyy too high ($4,200 - and that was with a 35% discount!). This is what want for a pomapoo. They won't tell you the price over the phone, and now I know why. The dog did appear to be from a reputable breeder, and did come with all kinds of supplies and warranties. Still, $4,200 is at least twice the price it should be.
My wife and I adopted a puppy 4 weeks ago. He is in great shape, has AKC papers, was vet checked, first round shots given and was in a clean, safe environment. All of the critters were clean, in crates with plenty of room, food, water and toys to play with. The store was immaculate and customer traffic was very well controlled. I've seen some posts about Petland using puppy mills, but that is second hand info, not proven to me. At any rate, the care the critters get at Petland seem to me, to be top quality. Now, the price for their pups is another story.
The puppies here look well taken care of but the prices are WAY too high and I worry whether they come from puppy mills. Our daughter wanted the Pomeranian puppy but they wanted $6500.00 for it. Not including tax.
I love to go look at what they have every time Im at the mall, but thanks to covid their policies are confusing. They have a sign that says for walk-ins wait here. So I did. Then people come from behind me and just walk on in. The workers never addressed me or the people who didn't follow directions. If you are going to have a sign posted that you want costomers to follow YOU as a employee better follow it as well.
