We have been here a few times since our main location on Ridge closed during COVID and every time it has been a horrible experience. Wait times are forever long, they tellers are not very friendly and never seem to actually want to help... it’s like they hate their jobs. The last two experiences with the notary are what did them in for me though. We went once in mid February and the notary was very cold, condescending, and seemed like we were inconveniencing her even though we had made an appointment. Second time we went mid March, we waited 15 minutes past our time for her while she watched a repair man work on a computer (not her computer but a teller screen.) She then asked if we had any shopping. When we said no, just our appointment with her, she than said well we should go look around as she was going to be at least 15 minutes. We walked out and went to another notary. After 8 plus years here, we are now looking at changing banks.

Worst experience of a bank I ever had! My deposit from outside dies not even have a teller available. I had to ring the bell 15 times to get a response. Whoever came up with this concept made very very bad choice!

If you want to stand and wait for 1/2 hour, this is the bank to go to for very slow service. One teller was on the phone chatting while there were customers waiting. The other teller, there was only two in there on one of their busiest times of day, was slow and very rude.

Both Lisa’s are very rude. Worst experience ever. I don’t recommend anyone to do business here.
