We had our stimulus checks sent to a closed account and Ashley (wish I knew her last name) helped us get the account fixed literally right before a deadline before they got rejected. Even though it's said this branch is open till 5:00 Monday thru Thursday THERE NOT! WENT THERE THURSDAY AT 4:35 THEY WERE CLOSED

I am writing to you to express my appreciation for the excellent customer service which I had received at this place on my last visit. I was there to assist a family member to open a new bank account. The staff , Ashley, was warm and accommodating, and the assistant manager Letitia and Branch Manager Ziomaira were amazing.nnI hope that this is the kind of service that will be present in your place permanently as this is what the customers want to have. Wonderful team.
