I waited in the drive thru for 35 minutes. The car in front of me was there before I got there. US Bank needs to be more efficient at this location. If a customer has to do major banking or making large deposits then they need to be directed to come inside to do their business. The drive thru should be for short timed transactions. I had to pull out of line and go inside to withdraw $100. This wasn't efficient banking at all. I was very upset. If you have major banking to do, go inside and take care of it don't make people wait that long. Management should know all of this. No one seemed to care when I complained inside.

US Bank is extremely good for banking online or in person.

I called the bank to ask if I could bring in a bunch of change that's already rolled up and they said not without an active account. This is pure TRASH!. I'd never recommend this branch or bank to ANYONE!. I'd rather pay the higher fees at other banks just to avoid the customer service!.

This is the worst bank I've ever banked with. I opened a checking account here to have a savings outside of my preferred bank so I wouldn't have easy access, with the intention of saving more. Although i opted OUT of paper statements when I opened the account I was still charged and sent the statements each month. After going to the branch, calling another branch on the phone, calling the 800 number AND changing it to paperless myself online I still receive them. I also am charged $7 a month for a checking account. I think it would've been better to save my money in a shoe box! Even the woman who opened my account said she banks at Huntington?!
