They lost my title to my vehicle, the first person I spoke with told me that the dealership never sent them the title (Lie!) I spoke with the dealership who has record of sending them the title of course. After going to the new jersey motor vehicle, waiting for 9 hours due to covid and being turned away because whoever wrote the lien termination letter wrote the vin number for the vehicle incorrectly! The second person told me they sent the title (but not the title lien removal, paid in full and lien termination letters) to an address that I haven't lived at in 15 years. GET IT TOGETHER.

As with all Key Bank locations this one was no different. EZ in and EZ out with great service from the toddlers. Inside the bank is always clean and safe and I do not feel that the area outside is at all bad as well. Great location to get to from anywhere and I will definitely go back to hear again

Well they finally did it! I'm at my end...thanks too the idiots in Ohio I will be doing no new business with key bank...The local branch is excellent but I can't do business like this anymore..A guy bought a truck from me in good faith and has had to wait a VERY exorbitant amount of time(4 weeks, 18 business days) to receive a title. It's a Vermont title not a title from Istanbul. They have made it clear they do not want my business...well they win.nindidnt even want to give one star!!!!nYou and the rest of the local branch have been great..to bad you have incompetence in your home office
