Good food but expensive.

I don’t think I have ever been to a restaurant with worse service. Ordering online or dining in. Last time I ate in I waited 1 hour and when the food came out it was freezing cold. All I ordered was wings and fries. If you have wings in your name you should be expected to prepare them pretty well......or at least decently. I would love to know who the managers are.

The chicken really is good, both traditional (also known as bone in) and boneless. The parmesan garlic chicken sauce is great, and very good for those still working on that spice tolerance. Also, according to a friend, their vegan options aren't just there for show but are actually quite good, specifically the black bean burger.

Terrible service. Ordered online but the app didnt really have a space for dietary changes. After ordering online, I called the restaurant to explain my wife's allergies. The girl who picked up the phone couldn't comprehend the changes so handed the phone over to someone else. After explaining the request twice the person said he would personally go to the kitchen to explain the changes since the system wouldn't really allow it to be entered into the computer. Great! Thought I was good to go.nnNope, show up at the time specified and had to wait an additional 15 minutes for my food. I noticed about a half dozen people waiting as well. I watched one lady pick up her food and come back shortly after saying that her order was missing wings. Once my order came out, i figured I should do the same and check. Sure enough, i was missing my order of fries. I didnt open the wing containers, which I should have, but I was already running late due to the wait and order screw up.nnGot home opened up the order and everything was wrong. It was almost comical how bad they screwed everything up. They completely disregarded the dietary request. So my wife could only eat the fries. I wanted blue cheese, I got ranch. Ordered celery, got carrots.nnI'm upset. So I call back to speak to the manager. After explaining the screw up three times, he finally just admitted that they were short staffed because of an emergency. He seemed stressed but said he can give me a call back later to make it up to me. Fair enough. Then I Never received a call. Whole experience would be a negative star, if possible.

Brynn was our server/bartender she was amazing and made me feel like I was at home! I couldn't imagine a better bartender, felt like I've known here forever. Don't let her go!!
