Needed $200 in 5's for an event..... $110 of them should have already been sent back to Federal Reserve to be destroyed!! 2 staples was actually in one of them...Are people that lazy to do the paperwork and send back? Wish I could give zero stars I thought they would be a good bank but turns out they don't care about there customers from my experience.I have a loan and i paying it off fast and then they give me a late fee charge when I had enough money in my account to pay regular payment. I call and say they can't do anything then I tried to make payment over the phone and they charge me extra to do it over the phone. Also like to say they do not care if your active military and deployed guess don't understand how it's hard to deal with these issues.
The IT department works on the website and App. They always fail to tell the customersnCustomers try to log in and get locked out. This upsets customers. I have complained before. The least they could do is warn customers.
