I picked up long distance running again recently and I came to New England Running Co. in beverly to upgrade my foot gear. The person that worked with me was incredibly thorough and helped me navigate my choices from about 8 pairs of sneakers down to the right pair. I ended going with a pair of New Balances that were a little bit bigger than I typically wear but on his recommendation I gave it a shot. After a couple runs I realized that the increase in size wasn't going to work for me so I took them back. The gentleman that assisted me was very understanding and even waived the typical restock fee. The pair of sneakers I left with that day have become on of the best investments I've made in my running and I will for sure be returning when I need my next pair.
I won't go anywhere else for all my or my wife's running and other exercise gear/apparel. Personable, knowledgeable staff make purchasing not only fun but leave one confident the selected products are just right for one's specific needs. The best!
Friendly staff....Very knowledgeable about product lines and what shoes worked best for me.....Highly recommend for someone who is not 100% sure on which running shoe to purchase.
Called the store today as I was badly in need of new running shoes. The guy at the store was able to look up what I had bought last time and was able to find the same shoe/size in stock. He texted me a picture to make sure I liked the color. And to top it off, it was delivered to my house about 3 hours later and left by my front door. How’s that for service and no contact delivery!! Thank you New England Running Company!!
