I went here to find some gifts for my friends fur babies. Not only were the staff knowledgeable but they also recommended products that saved me money and still provided the best for my friends pets. I would urge anyone to go here for your pets needs. They also have a grooming station which from I saw may cause me to change barbers. It looks amazing. Such friendly staff! 100% would recommend

Went to this location for my pups grooming, The service of this location was good but BEWARE of the male cashier that rung us up when we picked up our pup decided to go ahead and tip more than we said to. Check your invoice or receipts..For this reason we will NOT be coming back to this location for future grooming.. and will not recommend to others.

Kenny & Rosie were super helpful and knowledgeable! I had some questions about raw food for my dog and they had great suggestions for him. Bonus was being able to meet the sweetest cat, Link, while shopping!

Loyal Companion (Brimbal Ave, Beverly, MA) has wonderful service, a great atmosphere, reasonable prices, and lots of specialty items that are difficult to find elsewhere.nnThe shopkeeper (I believe his name was Kenny) was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about all of the food and products, as well as what was in stock (the stock was plentiful with great variety).nnHe also had his cat, Link, with him at the store which not only made our visit exciting (Link was friendly and adorable and let us give him lots of pets), but also informative (Link showed us around the store and led us to the best cat toys and cat beds!) Having a cat in the store made the shopping and visit that much more enjoyable - I wish every pet store would have such a sweet little friend to look forward to visiting!nnThe store was extremely clean and organized, supports shelter animals and is very easy to get to from Rt 128 with ample parking and a kind, knowledgeable staff.nnI will certainly be back to shop at Loyal Companion for great service and products, and best of all, to say hello to the friendly, handsome, lovable Link! >^.^

Rosie has always given me a hand to find just the right toys for my chocolate lab grand puppies!! One of the puppies has kidney dysplasia, and the other an incredible strong bite! Rosie has tended to all my questions and helped me purchase just the right toys and treats! Thank You!nDonna
