Customer service is wack there, I am all about customer service. When a customer walks in the store they should be greated by a person on the floor. But no they to busy on their personal phones talkingnCustomer service sells and when your first impression isn't great then you lose interest of the store really quickly
I truly think they have lost their way, I've been to quite a few locations throughout the years, and no matter where or what city or state, they seem to only cater to a specific part of the consumer market. They're chasing away so many potential buyers!
