Be careful before you place an order with this company. Yes, their products offer comfort, however, their customer service is deplorable. Received my order last week. One of the pair of shoes which I ordered, are too large and do not fit. I have left a total of 3 phone calls, the customer service number which is printed on both their website and invoice, is non existent. You get a voicemail, and no one returns phone calls. Same with their email address. How do you return the product within 28 days if you cannot contact customer service and receive a return shipping label??? Basically, you are throwing your money away. If the shoes or sandals do not fit, you are stuck with them or forced to spend more money on a different item and pray to God that it fits. Also, they DO NOT offer an exchange on products. Questionable business practices to be sure.

I ordered 4 pairs of sandals (first time buyer) on the recommendation of a neighbor who raves about their comfort and quality. They arrived today and unfortunately I need to return and get a refund on 2 pair. I say unfortunately because no one answers on the company phone in White Plains nor the customer service number. The phone just rings and rings in White Plains. Now I am seeing the reviews about the non-existent customer service. This is not good news. I give the company a deplorable rating.

Their customer service is horrible. You call to place a order and you get a recording...so you leave a message and no one calls you back. How do you stay in business with that kind of service. I've called so many times hoping someone answers. I don't think they even staff customer service, they just ignore you. Worst experience ever.

Called and email many times.No answers. Can’t have my money back for returning items. Horrible service. Will dispute with my credit card company.
