RED WING - YONKERS, NY

Dorothy and Stephanie made my Redwing experience a good once again. I used to only go to this store until I moved to NYC. After multiple bad experiences in the NYC, it is such a welcoming experience in Yonkers. They helped me swap out shoes to ones that were sized properly. Will continue going back to Yonkers for service and new boots / shoes.

The staff is real nice-nBut I bought boots and got to put them on 3 times, once in the store, once before work, and once the next day.nStitches already failing on these Irish Setter boots after one daynStore can’t do anything but send them out for repair and that leaves me without steel toes for work.nI feel like red wing should be better quality and at least stand by their product after a one day failure.nThese boots are defective and now I have to chase down a solution, last thing I need to spend time on....

Red Wing Shoes in Yonkers NY are by far the best shoe store in Westchester County. The entire staff especially Tah Simmons were extremely professional, courteous and have a great positive attitude and an awesome selection of quality shoes. Thanks again Tah Simmons !!!

They promise you what they can not and haven't been able to deliver. Good quality and comfortable boots for a very high price wich if you do get a good product it will be fine. Not in my case! Boots broke with in 2 months and according to the store wear and tear, yeah I got the boots to sit at home, or better yet evertime I have to work I'll take them out so they last Longer ud83dude05 to me not worth it. But you can waiste your money here at red wings if you choose to.

I showed up to The Yonkers NY Best Buy store at 9am on Sunday after Thanksgiving and got in the curbside pickup line. This store is next door to Best Buy. I wondered if I was in the wrong location because the car in front of me was parked in the line without anyone in the Jeep vehicle. I then noticed a lady waddling out of Red Wing. She must have realized she was causing confusion and got in the Jeep and moved her vehicle to a parking spot right in front of the store. She was obviously too lazy to have done this to begin with. As a store manager I was always taught and educated my employees to always park away from the store so customers have the best parking to visit the store. This store should be appreciative of the foot traffic that comes from being next to Best Buy.
