Food was good but service was the worst

My burger was amazing, juicy full of flavor there was some green leafy plant on there. Hun was lightly toasted might of had really fancy sauce or fancy mayo. Cheese that was blue. Man best thing ever if it wasn't so far would go again.

Food is devine! They have mastered the burger and they definitely let me know exactly how to make it the way you want it. The atmosphere is friendly and the prices are good.

Incredible food and service great atmosphere. Can't wait to go back! If you haven't been you are missing out on something great!

I really liked Westchester Burger. Their food is delicious. Since I have been ordering from there I have become disappointed. Each time that I have ordered from there something in my order has been forgotten. This last time they forgot my shake when I got home I realized it and called but they were closed so I left a message when I finally spoke to someone I told them the situation and they offered me my shake but at this point I wanted a refund. I kept calling everyday for someone to refund my money back. Everytime was an excuse. Finally I decided to go get my shake. I understand times are hard and it is for me to. I will not go back to that location.
