Gyu-Kaku Japanese BBQ

If I could give zero star I would. The first time we came here. The food was great, but it took forever to arrive. The manager jasmine gave us horrible attitude. Even our server g.m didn't try to properly satisfied me and my party. We had to constantly remind him want we wanted or ask the helpers to serve us. Both of them gave us attitude like we were wasting their time. However, there was a helper who was very nice on getting what we wanted while he tried to clear the empty cups or plates, and if we had a question about something he answered. Wished he was our server instead.

Very sanitary. Great happy hour times. We ordered the happy hour special for $55. It definitely feeds 2! Great experience, food and drinks... didn't take many pics because i was cooking and eating haha end result is empty plates. My son who usually doesn't eat much out, ate all of his food and some of ours.

It was like we were regular customers because she knew everything we did or might not like with a dish or drink. She was perfect. I will request to sit in her section every time

Best meal I’ve ever had in my life! Wide variety of delicious appetizers and not to heavy so you can enjoy the entrees, the staff were full of energy and attentive, just know I left in a food coma. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

The located in White Plains is great. The atmosphere and ambiance was great. This dinner was an anniversary and was our first time here. The food was delicious and appealing. From the front where Dennis took the temp and greeted us. Our server Michelle was friendly and helpful with the menu. Where we sat had heavy plastic barriers and we felt comfortable.
