Mom's Cigar Warehouse

I used to be a customer here back in about 2006-2009ish before they extended the business and built the lounge side. Loved the level of service I received. The person that I knew was a state trooper. He was a really nice man, helpful and super knowledgeable in cigars. First time I walked in there I was lost. Then to took a break for 10+ years dealing with life. A month ago I returned snd loved, loved the upgrade they did. The huge beautiful wall in cigar storage, the amazing and large cigar lounge and the selection is still there. I have nothing to complain about. Moms cigar shop is just cigar heaven!

Knowledgeable employees, Very Friendly. That's about it. The price gouging on the cigars is insane. I understand there's a state tax so all the cigars would rise in price. The real messed up price is the Toast Across America coffin with 2 cigars in it. They retail 50-55 USD & 100% of the purchase goes to the Cigar Family Charitable Foundation. Now when this product is charged more than that. The business is just trying to pocket extra cash instead of supporting a great cause that they sell on there shelves. They sell them for $120 USD pocketing 60-65 bucks per sale. When in reality they should be donating that money to support the Cigar Family Charitable Foundation. Instead they profit off of product made strictly for a charity. I will never spend a dollar here again. Knowing what great lengths the shop goes to just to profit off of oblivious customers is just dishonorable to the cigar community.

Wonderful selection, been able to try so many different sticks. Only complaint are the chairs being a little to soft that you sink in. But they have a big projector and plenty of TVs, great to kick back at night after a long day and watch the game.

This place was decent. They did a lot of remodeling looks nice. However, just this weekend, I went to buy a few cigars and noticed all the prices yanked up significantly. I understand taxes go up, etc, but a 2-3$ increase on a 12$ cigar seems intense. I understand they may have to pay for their remodeling. Unfortunately I will need to buy cigars online going forward as the increase is a bit more than I am willing to pay for.

Great spot - great staff - great crowed - great selection of cigars - owner very knowledgeable and passionate about cigars. you cant go wrong for alone time to enjoy a smoke or with a group of friends,
