TGI Fridays

Went there on a Friday around 3pm, wasn’t crowded which was perfect for me, food was delicious I order the whisky glaze. Our server Britney (I think that was her name) was very attentive, even tho I feel she needed help since she was bartender, greeting people at the door and taking order of a whole section of the restaurant. We order and ice cream that we never get but the manager was kind to give my son a 3oz cup of vanilla ice cream on our way out.

really really long wait, not super interesting space (no music, kind of dark and loud, one small bathroom with a very long line), and really bad food. the Capri sun drinks are awesome but the food is inedible. it's cheap but you'd be better off with fast food than this garbage honestly. they were out of chicken after some kitchen dispute, edamame was bland and mushy, Mac and cheese was grossly fishy (chunks of nasty clams) and lacked flavor. the only redeeming dish was the $12 steak, for that price it was pretty good. service is also slow and staff (though nice) is extremely clueless. I imagine once the hype dies this place will close quickly.

This place is horrible. I went with my sisters and our children. We ordered drinks and appetizers for everyone. All came out with no problem. The food came out at different times, me and my sister had to wait an hour and half for our food and after complaining to the manager we still had to wait when the good came out it was cold and dried looking, when i explained to manager he was more concerned where the rest of my party was instead of trying to accommodate me for the wait. Manager was there Friday 3/26/21 at 7pm shift. He really sucks, he is rude, and does not care for his customers. I will NEVER go back again

Potato skins were amazing! Mozzarella sticks were good too. I ordered the burger that was topped with fries, bacon, poblano queso, onion, tomato and that was topped with a potato skin! It was delicious. Cooked just the way I asked. It was juicy and delicious. The service was good as well.

Our server was really nice. However the food, although it was edible, looked as though it was left unattended (sort of the way display food looks in a pizzeria). My beer battered chicken sandwich was really dry. But the appetizer was fine.
