This was our first time dining indoors since COVID! We felt welcome and safe. The best part was our waitperson, Mauricio! His energy kept the experience warm and light. Thank you to the Butterfield crew! We will return again soon for the Cauldron Bar. :)

To Sasha and her amazing staffnOn September 12th Hasbrouck House was the beautiful setting for my daughters intimate wedding. As soon as we decided we had to postpone the original wedding at the Green Building in Brooklyn and I reached out to you, you immediately scheduled a call with me to organize the lovely dinner we all enjoyed.nnAll questions , of which there were many, were promptly answered and you went out of your way to make sure everything ran smoothly. From setting the table , to the flowers, and place cards I provided and last minute menu changes you came through for us on every detail.nnJack and Justine were so happy with this wedding.Thanks in large part to all your efforts to help make it memorable for them.nThe food was delicious and the staff could not have been more accommodating.nnI also must mention that we all loved the food at Butcher Bar. The tacos and burgers were delicious. Everyone commented on the burgers . Justine and Inenjoyed one an hour before the wedding, we just had to see what the fuss was about and we were not disappointed!nnThank you again for everything and I look forward to seeing you again in the near future.

Surprised to find a fine dining restaurant in this part of the state. The ambience was relaxed, dim with a good selection of jazz and candle lit tables. All the staff was friendly and welcoming. I'd rate the starters higher than the entrees but each to his own. Over all fabulous for a cozy dinner with your better half of even with family.

Everything was amazing! Highly recommend the duck breast. The butterscotch pudding is divine!

This place was amazing. My friend and I wanted to find a place to have outdoor dining in winter (due to COVID). We spent the day snowshoeing so we were already dressed for the elements and this we chose Butterfield’s cauldron bar. The fires were cozy and a gentleman ensured all the fires stayed warm throughout our visit (they also had blankets if needed). We ordered 4 appetizers (two of the beer battered cauliflower, one order of sishito peppers, and the fondue). They came out warm and were the perfect end our winter day. I highly recommend the fondue. We also had a couple of their hot cocktails as well. Our waiter was very attentive and friendly as was the gentleman who tended our fire. They staff was great about COVID policies. Literally the best COVID restaurant I’ve encountered yet.
