Had an issue with bird seed we bought, birds weren't eating it. We returned one unopened bag and exchanged it for another. They were very accommodating.
Bought bird seed. Great place, have everything you could imagine for pets.
Horrible customer service, went in to ask a question about a missing cat. I waited at the counter for 10 minutes with no avail. I finally got someone’s attention and they were very rude and uncaring. This was the second bad experience I’ve had at this place!
Great pet selection and a wide variety of pet supplies. Prices are pretty much comparable to big box stores, which is great! Staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable; they asked questions and stopped me from buying the wrong thing. Will definitely be back!
Their staff are very friendly, they know their store very well. They let you hold puppies even if your not gonna buy the puppy. The staff are very helpful, kind, and will put anything down to help you find something you need. All the animals are very friendly and playful. The store is very clean and organized very well. None of the staff are mean or rude their very kind and always have a smile on their face. They have so much toys for puppies and kittens and mostly any animal you can have in your house. I once went inti the store and wanted to hold all of the animals and one of the staff was very nice and actually let me and I had to leave because my mom wanted to go but if I could live their I would it’s spotless. If your one thoses people that love animals you really should go their. I’m only 13 and I have already planed in my head to try to work their. I love animals and the people that come in are very nice and kinda and polite. Everyone that works their has manners and never are rude to you and understand if you are in a rush. They are really good at getting you in and out and you never have to wait in line. I just love this place so dang much it’s the best pet store I have been in.
