Longshots Bar & Restaurant

I’ve been here a handful of times usually it’s a great atmosphere however the bartender was extremely rude and not hospitable at all when we arrived at 8:30pm on wing Wednesday. When she asked for our ID’s I presented my US passport. She didn’t even look at but she would not accept it. When I asked why she stated it’s just what her boss said. But she then accepted my friends broken tapped together drivers license as sufficient identification. I asked to speak to a manager or if she could double check with her manager and she advised no one was available at this time and that if I did not like it I could leave. When my friend explained I had misplaced it and asked her if she could understand where I’m coming from she stated “Well I would never loose my ID”nnI have over 10 years of experience in the service industry, I have a degree in hospitality, and have tended bar at a Hilton hotel for a number of years. I have been through many many alcohol safe serve trainings to know that a US passport is more than sufficient identification. She didn’t even ask for a 2nd form of ID which I also would’ve been more than willing to provide. I understand trying to do your job correctly but the attitude was not warranted. The four of us wanted to stay, order food even, and I would have been fine without a drink but my main complaint and reason for leaving is the lack of respect and hospitable service that was provided. You would think she would’ve wanted the business since there were only a couple people at the bar. But it seemed like closing up and flirting with the guy at the end of the bar was more important to her.

The bar staff was absolutely fantastic but the establishment doesn't allow them to have access to the liquor room and they ran out of what I wanted to drink. Give the bartenders a key! This is ridiculous.

Was in banquet room for work holiday party. Was very nice. Food was good, dance floor nice and spacious, and area and decor was nice. Nice big parking lot too. Did not go into bar area though.

This is one of my favorite bars. Bar tenders are friendly and attentive. Great food. Try the Bacon Jam... Amazing!! Deck in the summer is perfect for enjoying food and drink, you would never know you are right off the interstate. Great prices, great times.

Great food, great people, and great atmosphere! I DJ karaoke and weddings here regularly and it definitely ranks in my tops places to host an event!
